It can be difficult to know where to start when reaching out for therapy.
I've offered a few suggestions below of points I would find it beneficial for you to include when you first make contact. This will help me to help you as efficiently as possible:
1) What can I help you with at this stage? (e.g. arranging a free initial consultation or providing you with more information)
2) What is most challenging in your life currently and what are you looking to get out of therapy?
3) What are the days / times when you will usually available for therapy?
4) Would you prefer to access therapy face-to-face in Sheffield or online via video call?
Please also feel free to include anything else that you think it would be helpful for me to know at this stage.
Please submit the Contact Request Form below.
I will reply to you as soon as I can (although please note this may sometimes take a few working days during busy periods). If you have requested an initial online consultation I will try to reply with some suggestions for when we could meet.
If you require urgent support please scroll to the suggestions at the end of this page.
